Gallant Grunt - A combat helmet with a metal plate on the forehead and a metal chin-cup
Grizzled Veteran - Bald head and grown out beard, complete "symbiosis" as Axton
Handsome Jack's Mask - Mask worn by Handsome Jack, dropped by Handsome Jack.
Medic Mantis - Gas mask with medic symbol. Dropped by Geary.
Mine But Not Yours - Minecraft head
Radar Ranger - Cap with goggles.
Unknown Helmet- A helmet dropped by Vermivorous, but the name is unkown. Appearence of a full metal mask.
Roguish Renegade - Grown out beard with goggles, complete "In Memoriam" as Axton
Sandblaster - Hawk-like gas mask with spikey hair shooting out the end, dropped randomly
Shadaloo Stylish - Commander cap (like M. Bison's from Street Fighter), dropped by Terramorphus.
Space Knight - Futuristic-like full helmet, dropped by BNK-3R.
Special Edition - Snowblind -
The Hawk - Normal Axton face with Mohawk and Microphone
Vault Veteran - Lancer
Wetworker - Ski cap with Eyepatch.

I finally almost have all of these. Still looking for Shadaloo Style and this "Unknown" vermy head. If anyone could help me out you can have anything I have in exchange. Thanks in advance!
